I feel so lucky to be a pre-wedding photographer in Barcelona, where the opportunities to find exceptional backgrounds abound! Among these are two outstanding areas – The Gothic Quarter and the Parc de la Ciutadella, both of which are perfect for pre-wedding sessions.
The light wandering through the medieval spaces of the Gothic Quarter heightens the romance of the moment. The characteristic stone walls provide interesting contrast to the youth and modernity of the couple. The narrow streets give intimacy and charm that enhance the shot that will last a lifetime.
Another, not far away is the Parc de la Ciutadella, a maze of paths through greenery, winding around a pond, and culminating in the center, where a strikingly majestic fountain is an appropriate backdrop to complement the intensity of such an important moment. There is even a gazebo to delightfully frame the happy pre-wedding couple.
